1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using again ("the Service"), operated by OneMore LLC, a Florida limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent in-app notice. Changes are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material updates, we may require you to re-affirm your consent through an in-app prompt before you can continue using the Service. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account.
2. Description of the Service
again is a web application that lets parents and children co-create AI-illustrated and AI-animated storybooks. You choose what happens in the story, and AI generates the text, images, or videos for each page.
AI Disclosure: Stories and illustrations are generated by artificial intelligence. We use OpenAI for text generation and content moderation, and Runway for image and video generation. AI is a core feature of the Service, not incidental to it. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or consistent across pages.
3. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility
again is designed for use by parents and guardians together with their children. It is not intended for unsupervised use by children. You must be at least 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the Service. The parent or guardian is the "user" for purposes of these Terms and is responsible for:
- Supervising all use of the Service by minors
- Reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with children
- Ensuring that any prompts submitted are appropriate
again does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us immediately at support@again.kids.
4. Accounts & Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. Email verification is required before full access is granted.
- One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts.
- Your account is personal. You may not share your account or subscription with anyone outside your household.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal
again offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. The free tier includes a one-time allotment of Sparks granted upon email verification. Paid subscription tiers are available at prices displayed in the app, each granting a monthly Spark allotment.
Auto-Renewal Notice
Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription price on each renewal date. Renewal charges are processed through Stripe using your payment method on file.
How to cancel: You may cancel at any time through the "Manage Billing" button on your Account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
After your free Sparks are exhausted, you must be an active subscriber to generate media (images and videos). Text-only story pages remain free.
We may add, modify, or remove subscription tiers and what is included in each plan (including the free tier) at any time with notice.
6. Sparks
Sparks are a non-monetary, non-transferable, revocable license to use certain features of the Service. Sparks:
- Have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be traded or sold
- The number of Sparks required for each action (such as generating an image or video) is displayed in the app
- Roll over month to month while your account is active
- Expire after 2 years of account inactivity (no login for 24 consecutive months)
- Are subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation
Changes to Spark costs: We may change the number of Sparks required for any action (for example, if our infrastructure or model costs change). Changes apply only to actions you take after the change is displayed in the app. Changes to action costs do not reduce the number of Sparks in your account, but may change how many Sparks are required for future actions.
Free Sparks and promotional Sparks are subject to the same terms.
If media generation fails after all automatic retries, Sparks are automatically refunded to your account.
7. Spark Packs
Spark Packs are one-time purchases of additional Sparks, available only to users with an active paid subscription. Spark Packs are non-refundable after purchase and subject to the same Spark terms above.
Promotional bonuses (if any) are discretionary and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Pricing & Changes
Current prices are displayed in the app. We reserve the right to change subscription prices and Spark costs at any time.
- Subscription price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (not mid-cycle).
- Spark cost changes for actions take effect immediately upon display in the app.
- We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes via email or in-app notification.
Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Refunds & Cancellation
- No refunds for purchased Sparks (including Spark Packs), unused Sparks, or partial subscription periods.
- Free and promotional Sparks are non-refundable.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Existing Sparks are preserved for 2 years from your last login — they do not expire upon cancellation, only upon prolonged inactivity.
- If you dispute a charge (chargeback), we may suspend your account pending resolution.
10. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Additional Sparks are granted immediately.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No immediate refund or Spark adjustment is provided. Your new allotment begins at the next billing cycle.
Plan changes are processed through the Stripe billing portal.
11. User Content & Intellectual Property
The App: The again application — its code, design, branding, name, and user interface — is owned by its operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text, prompts, and ideas you submit, to the extent you have rights in them.
AI-Generated Output: As between you and again, you own the stories you create (including AI-generated text, illustrations, and videos), to the extent permitted by applicable law. The legal status of copyright in AI-generated works is evolving and varies by jurisdiction — we make no representation about the copyright protection of AI-generated outputs.
License to Operate: You grant again a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, process, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service (including enabling share links and delivering stories back to you).
No License for Marketing: We will not use your stories for marketing, promotional materials, or public examples without your explicit written permission.
Your Representations: You represent that (a) you have the rights to any materials you submit, (b) your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and (c) you will not use the Service to generate content that is illegal or harmful.
No Uniqueness Guarantee: AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement of AI-generated outputs.
Prompt Responsibility: While we moderate inputs for safety, you are ultimately responsible for the content of prompts you submit.
12. AI-Generated Content
All stories, images, and videos created through again are generated by artificial intelligence. You should be aware that:
- AI content is unpredictable. Despite our safety measures, AI may occasionally produce content that is unexpected, inaccurate, or not entirely appropriate.
- Illustrations may not exactly match the page text. AI image generation interprets text descriptions and may produce results that differ from the narrative.
- Characters may not be perfectly consistent across pages. We strive for visual consistency but cannot guarantee that characters will look identical from one page to the next.
- Not factual or professional advice. AI-generated stories are creative fiction and should not be relied upon as factual, educational, or professional guidance.
- No warranty on content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or quality of any AI-generated content.
- Review before sharing. Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sharing it with children.
13. Content Standards
All content on again must comply with the .kids domain Guiding Principles and Anti-Abuse Policy. You must not submit prompts intended to generate, and the Service will not knowingly produce, the following:
- Explicit sexual content or pornography
- Violent or graphic content
- Content depicting or promoting substance abuse (drugs, alcohol, tobacco)
- Profanity, crude, or vulgar language
- Gambling-related content
- Content depicting child exploitation, child labor, trafficking, or child soldiers
- Hate speech, discriminatory, or bigoted content
- Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities
- Copyright-infringing content
- Manipulative or deceptive content targeting children
- Any content unsuitable for children ages 3–10
We employ automated content moderation but cannot guarantee 100% filtering. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
To report inappropriate content, email support@again.kids.
14. Story Sharing
Paid subscribers may share completed stories by generating a share link. You should understand how sharing works:
- Public by link: Anyone with the share link can view the story without an account or login. Share links are unlisted (not indexed or searchable), but they are not private — anyone who receives the link can access the story.
- What is visible: The full story content (text, illustrations, and videos) is visible to anyone with the link. No author name, email address, or account information is displayed. However, stories may contain personal details you included in your prompts.
- Revocation: You may revoke a share link at any time through the app. Once revoked, the old link becomes permanently inaccessible. If you share the story again, a new link is generated — previous links are not reactivated.
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for who you share links with. Once a link is shared, recipients may copy, forward, or bookmark it. Revoking the link prevents future access but does not recall content already viewed or saved by others.
- Content review: Review all AI-generated content before sharing. You are responsible for ensuring shared stories are appropriate and do not contain personal information you do not wish to make accessible.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent content safety filters
- Share your account or subscription with anyone outside your household
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or its connections to third-party APIs
- Use the Service to generate content for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement
- Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
16. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Third-Party Services

- OpenAI — text generation and content moderation

- Stripe — payment processing
- AWS — media storage and delivery
- Resend — transactional email (verification, password reset)
- Google Analytics — usage analytics (advertising features disabled)
- Vercel — hosting and deployment

Each service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services. We may add, remove, or change third-party service providers at any time.
18. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We depend on third-party AI providers, and service quality and availability may be affected by their systems.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently disable any feature (including video generation) without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Usage limits: We may impose reasonable limits on storage, media generation frequency, story count, or other aspects of account usage at any time, with notice. Current limits (if any) are displayed in the app.
19. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, email support@again.kids from your registered email address. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your account, stories, generated media, and associated data within 30 days.
Some data may be retained as required by law (for example, financial transaction records for tax and audit purposes). Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.
THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE SERVICE ITSELF, ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, ALL THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ON WHICH THE SERVICE DEPENDS, AND THE SPARKS CREDIT SYSTEM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF AGAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AGAIN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
This includes, without limitation, liability for:
- AI-generated content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive
- Loss of stories, data, or generated media
- Third-party service outages or changes
- Changes to Spark costs or service features
- Service discontinuation
- Any actions taken based on AI-generated content
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneMore LLC and its officers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content inputs, or your violation of these Terms.
23. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Informal Resolution First: Before filing any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@again.kids and attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.
Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in the State of Florida.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@again.kids within 30 days of accepting these Terms. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
25. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address. Upon termination or discontinuation, your license to use the Service ends and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent in-app notice. Changes are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material updates, we may require you to re-affirm your consent through an in-app prompt before you can continue using the Service.
27. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OneMore LLC regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
